About Me

Mücahit Ündemir

I'm a DevOps Engineer based in Vienna, Austria, with a strong passion for Kubernetes and Cloud Native technologies. Currently working at WhizUs GmbH, where I lead cloud migration projects for major Austrian enterprises to Azure Cloud.

My journey in IT started in 2012, beginning with hardware management and Linux system administration. Over the years, I've worked my way up from managing physical servers and infrastructure to becoming a DevOps Engineer specializing in cloud native technologies, container orchestration, and modern infrastructure practices.

I specialize in designing and implementing scalable Kubernetes infrastructures on Azure, implementing GitOps workflows with ArgoCD, building CI/CD pipelines, and managing enterprise-grade cloud environments. My experience spans from on-premise data centers to Azure cloud platforms, with a primary focus on Azure infrastructure.

When I'm not orchestrating containers, I enjoy contributing to the DevOps community, exploring new cloud-native technologies, and continuously expanding my knowledge through certifications and hands-on projects.

Working as a DevOps Consultant on a major cloud migration project for one of Austria's largest companies, leading the transition from on-premise infrastructure to Azure Cloud.
